Ted S. Miller, Founder and President, has over 20 years of national and international management experience. Prior to founding DataKey, Ted held senior positions in worldwide service, marketing, engineering, operations and strategic planning at Fortune 500 companies. As the vice president and general manager of an international technology manufacturing company, he led a $150 million division to being ranked third in the world in customer satisfaction and expanded new business regions in China and Malaysia.  Ted has a unique ability to translate those years of best-practice, operational expertise into practical and immediate customized applications for client specific needs. Ted holds an MBA from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Tufts University. He is also the graduate of the intensive, three-year Total Quality Management program affiliated with MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as executive programs at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.

Art Amleris an outstanding professional in the field of Human Resources, over 35 years of experience in Senior HR Management with special expertise in Compensation and Benefits. A Certified Employee Pension Specialist, Art was a key senior leader at IBM for many years before transitioning to the role of Vice President, Compensation & Benefits at Ricoh USA and later becoming Vice President of Human Resources. As Director of IBM Compensation- Global Services, Art directed executive and employee compensation programs, including delivery and design of leading-edge worldwide compensation changes covering more than 100,000 employees and 1,000 executives. At Ricoh Production Print Solutions (RPPS), Art was responsible for directing and leading total rewards for 3,000 employees worldwide, establishing new appraisal programs, base pay, sales plans, performance bonus programs, and executive compensation pay programs.  Art holds a B.A. in History from Lake Forest College and an M.B.A. in Labor Management relations from Pace University. He is an independent Senior HR consultant, a member of the Westchester Business Council, and on the Board of the Chiefs Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Michelle Brody, Ph.D. is both an executive coach and a clinical psychologist with 20 years experience who specializes in developing leaders, optimizing team dynamics, resolving conflict and improving communication effectiveness for business professionals. She has designed and delivered executive training programs and coaching engagements for clients across a wide range of industries; previous clients have been leaders and teams in fields as diverse as technology, academia, insurance, non-profit, marketing, health care, accounting, management consulting and law. Michelle holds a B.A. in Biology from Barnard College, a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from St. John’s University and completed her doctoral internship at McLean Hospital of Harvard Medical School. In addition to her work as an independent consultant at Datakey, Michelle consults for the Exetor Group, a global executive development firm. She is also the founder of Coaching for Couples, an innovative model for time-efficient relationship change. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys travel, singing and time with family and friends.

Christienne Genaro has more than 20 years experience in management both in the US and internationally, with a particular focus on strategic planning and implementation, sales/account management, and product development.  Prior to joining DataKey, Christienne held senior positions at global companies including MasterCard, American Express and JP Morgan.  Christienne is an independent Senior Consultant for DataKey. She holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Kristy McUmber specializes in assisting with project management and developing presentations for DataKey’s advisory boards.  She is effective at enhancing written material with a strong visual impact. She is also a Social Media Specialist and an independent Public Relations Consultant for DataKey. By utilizing various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, Kristy creates online visibility for DataKey, manages its websites and increases overall brand awareness.  She holds a BFA degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.  Kristy enjoys being a mother of three teenaged children and spending time at the beach.

Sue Davis has over 12 years of engineering management, product development and technical marketing experience in the semiconductor and defense industries.  At Sematech, Sue managed key strategic development programs with materials and capital equipment suppliers, and directed reliability equipment improvement projects that led to increased adoption of Chemical Mechanical Planarization technology. While at Rodel, Inc., Sue managed product development and process optimization projects with key OEMs. As a member of Motorola’s MOS-13 start up team, Sue led benchmarking, equipment selection and process development for dielectric tools and processes. While at Texas Instruments, Sue was a member of engineering teams for Focal Plane Array/Dewar and Harpoon Missile programs.  She also managed a warehouse which supplied real time replacement parts for Harm Missile production.  Sue holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Management Leadership Certificate from The University of Texas @ Austin.   Sue is an independent Senior Consultant for DataKey. She also enjoys traveling with family, cooking, outdoor activities and skiing.

Jennifer Greenwald, Director of Communications & Office Operations of DataKey Consulting, holds a BA in English and American Literature from Brandeis University and an MA in Education from Tufts University.  She is a certified high school teacher who loves to write, edit and brush up on her Spanish.  For seven years she was an English as a Second Language instructor and school registrar in New York City.  Jennifer is the mother of two teenaged children, and so she comes to DataKey with plenty of organizational and management experience.

Rob Hyman  has more than 10 years of financial and operational experience across the media and financial services industries. As Director of Finance and Operations for DIRECTV’s Ad Sales organization, he oversaw all FP&A functions of the organization, performed significant work in contract negotiations and implemented and improved many of the organization’s business operations practices. Rob held similar responsibilities for CBS Local’s Local Commerce Group – while also sourcing, negotiating and launching multiple successful digital products, resulting in millions of dollars in incremental revenue for the organization. His vast experience in the media industry spans back to 2005 when he launched Westwood One’s digital business, initiating the transformation for the company from a solely over-the-air broadcaster into the multi-media enterprise they have become. He brings a highly analytical and collaborative approach to every challenge he takes on. Rob is an independent consultant at DataKey. He received his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business with a concentration in Finance and Business Law, and holds a BA in Political Science from Tufts University.
