Ted S. Miller, Founder and President, has over 20 years of national and international management experience. Prior to founding DataKey, Ted held senior positions in worldwide service, marketing, engineering, operations and strategic planning at Fortune 500 companies. As the vice president and general manager of an international technology manufacturing company, he led a $150 million division to being ranked third in the world in customer satisfaction and expanded new business regions in China and Malaysia. Furthermore, Ted has a unique ability to translate those years of best-practice, operational expertise into practical and immediate customized applications for client specific needs. Ted holds an MBA from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Tufts University. He is also the graduate of the intensive, three-year Total Quality Management program affiliated with MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as executive programs at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.

Amie Gray, Partner, has been with DataKey since 2005 with over 20 years of international high-tech experience. She has successfully guided hundreds of projects with Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients in New York and Silicon Valley. Fortune 1000 clients have realized millions of dollars in new market and product opportunities. Amie specializes in integrating innovation strategy with marketing and operational tactics in high-tech, B2B companies. Amie is a versatile consultant and has expertise in strategy and planning, innovation and growth, business improvement, market intelligence, go-to-market planning, product marketing, operations management, managing large scale implementation projects and managing post-merger integration projects. Amie’s background includes international management experience directing global teams with industry leaders Nokia, Inet Technologies (now Tektronix), Texas Instruments and Teradyne. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management with concentrations in operations and marketing, in addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Amie is an active member of the Women Presidents Organization and Project Management Institute. Outside of DataKey, Amie shares her time and expertise with the Infuse Entrepreneurial program for California low income high schools. Amie held a board position on the San Jose Unified School District Community Advisory Committee for Special Education.

Michelle Brody, Ph.D. is both an executive coach and a clinical psychologist with 20 years experience who specializes in developing leaders, optimizing team dynamics, resolving conflict and improving communication effectiveness for business professionals. She has designed and delivered executive training programs and coaching engagements for clients across a wide range of industries; previous clients have been leaders and teams in fields as diverse as technology, academia, insurance, non-profit, marketing, health care, accounting, management consulting and law. Michelle holds a B.A. in Biology from Barnard College, a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from St. John’s University and completed her doctoral internship at McLean Hospital of Harvard Medical School. In addition to her work with Datakey, Michelle consults for the Exetor Group, a global executive development firm. She is also the founder of Coaching for Couples, an innovative model for time-efficient relationship change. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys travel, singing and time with family and friends. |

Tracey Guest has 15 years of experience in project management and marketing. Most recently, Tracey managed phase-gate product introductions and oversaw logistical modeling that was developed in conjunction with the Wharton School. Her areas of expertise include brand marketing, risk mitigation planning, strategic goal development, new product introductions and supply chain management. Tracey's professional experience spans several industries, including semiconductor testing at Teradyne, Inc., consumer products with Kraft Foods, and retail buying with the Casual Corner Group. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Northeastern University. Outside of work, Tracey enjoys spending time with her family, yoga and spinning. |

Sharareh Rafizadeh has over 15 years of marketing, engineering management, and product development experience. At Synopsys, Sharareh oversaw all strategic business and technical IP partnerships, and managed development and marketing efforts for key IP projects. At NetPower, she spearheaded new marketing initiatives in the mechanical CAD and digital media markets. At Cadence Design Systems, she managed North American application engineering teams and coordinated cross-functional efforts among engineering, marketing and sales teams to develop strategic product plans and roll-outs. Sharareh holds a Masters of Science in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at San Diego. Outside of work, Sharareh enjoys biking and spending time with her friends and family. |

Samantha Durante is a writing and communication specialist who consults on a range of communications challenges from technical writing to direct marketing and presentation skills, and has been recognized by the Business Council of Westchester as one of Westchester's "40 Under 40" Rising Stars. Samantha studied at the University of Pennsylvania where she earned a joint degree including a Bachelor of Economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Engineering from Penn Engineering. While at Penn, Samantha also gained experience in running a successful small business by directing operations and marketing as co-founder of a start-up. Prior to joining DataKey, Samantha was engaged at Microsoft as a Program Manager where she was commended for her ability to use effective communication to solve complex problems and foster a community spirit. Samantha also has extensive experience as a public speaker and has spoken to crowds of more than one thousand people. In addition to her work with DataKey, Samantha is currently a freelance writer at Medley Media Associates in New York. |

Will Marsh is a recent graduate of American University's Kogod School of Business in Washington, D.C. and holds both a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of International Economic Relations. A charismatic leader, Will held positions in the Business Finance Department and as a Student Ambassador during his time at Kogod. As an undergraduate, he studied Applied Science and Technology at George Washington University and gained government experience as a Staff Assistant inside the U.S. House of Representatives. Will also boasts a specialty in evaluating Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability at the enterprise level. |

Ricardo Alvarado holds a JD from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School of Business, with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, and Entrepreneurship. He also attended Carnegie Mellon University for his undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Ricardo won many honors and awards in his academic career including a full scholarship to attend the Tepper School of Business from the Consortium for Graduate Study In Management (CGSM). Ricardo worked for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) for almost 2 years, while attending school. As a Project Manager he helped the health care system implement a cutting-edge process by which patients can visit their doctors electronically. Ricardo grew up in Puerto Rico and moved to Pittsburgh, PA to attend college. He relocated to New York after graduation last year with his fiancé. Ricardo enjoys coming up with innovative ideas, reading up on politics, and visiting Puerto Rico as often as he can. |

By utilizing various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, Kristen creates online visibility for DataKey's clients and increases overall brand awareness. Kristen is proficient at creating a comprehensive social media strategy and aligning that strategy with the client’s overall marketing objectives. Kristen graduated from Boston University's College of Communication with a major in Public Relations and a minor in Sociology. Kristen has extensive experience in the entertainment industry, and has worked in several facets of the communications industry, including public relations, broadcast, event planning, and marketing and domestic television distribution. Kristen also has TV network experience in markets including Los Angeles, Manhattan, and Boston. She has worked for Morgan Stanley Global Wealth Management, Sirius Satellite Radio, John Varvatos, PBS, CBS Domestic Television Distribution, and The Ether in Hollywood, California. |
